What kinds of projects do you take on?
Our work spans AI consulting, custom applications, data infrastructure, integrations and automation. We can help with a focused use case or a wider system, including user training and ongoing support.
Do we need a detailed specification to start?
No. Bring us the problem, the idea or the workflow you want to improve. Discovery helps turn it into a scope, design and delivery plan.
How long does a project take?
The schedule depends on the scope, integrations and readiness of your data. We agree the phases and milestones with you before starting, then review progress regularly.
How is the work priced?
The proposal sets out the scope and fees. Hosting, maintenance, API usage, AI services and third-party licences are identified separately. Any extension to the scope is agreed before it begins.
Where is our data stored?
In Switzerland: all of the data of the systems we deploy is stored there. Access rights, and which external AI services may process it, are agreed with you before deployment.
Can you work with our existing tools?
Yes. We assess the integrations available and design around the systems your team uses. The solution can combine custom software, existing products and AI services according to your needs.
What happens after deployment?
We train users in person on their own use cases and provide practical documentation. Support, maintenance and future improvements are agreed as part of the handover.
